Suji ka Halwa (Semolina Dessert)

Ingredients:1 cup of semolina
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 glass of milk or Fresh Creme
2 Table spoon Ghee (Indian butter)
2 Bay leaves
1 Cardamom stick
2 Cinnamon (crushed)
1 cup pasted cashew/almonds

Heat the ghee in a pan,
Add the cinnamon, bay leaves and cardamom,
Add the Semolina and fry till its brown and then add sugar.
Pour in the milk and reduce the temperature and finally add the cashew paste

Its ready to serve (Serve hot)

Preparation time : 10 minutes

This is a recipe which is fairly simple and quick and tasty at the same time. Hope you all enjoy it! 🙂
