Ok this is a mini chocolate cake 😀
It has all the usual cake ingredients but the special ingredient that I added is fresh creme and some grated almonds! 😀
Trust me that does magic to the taste of the cake!!!
Ingredients: (For 12 mini cakes)
1 and a half cup of self raising flour or normal flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1/4 cup choco powder
1/2 cup double fresh creme/ sour creme
1 tablespoon almond flakes
Mix all these ingredients together in the food processor and then take small cups and fill them up with the batter.
Put it inside the oven for 15 mins 175 degrees temperature.
For the icing:
Take One bar of dark chocolate and some marshmallows in a bowl and the put it on top of a Bigger bowl with water in it.
Then place this whole thing on heat and slowly the chocolate and marshmallows will melt, keep stirring it till you get a gooey mix and your icing is ready!! 😀
