My sunday dinner (Pepper Chicken)

This is one of the easiest chicken curries ever, I made this recipe up myself while I was carrying out my usual experimentation with food! Well to be honest I only experiment when I am lazy and don’t wanna put in much effort! 😀

Ingredients:

500 gms Chicken (with or without bone)
Red/Yellow/Green Pepper (1)
Chopped Onion (1)
Ginger and Garlic Paste (1 Tbs)
1 small tea cup yogurt
1 Tbs Salt
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
Handful of fresh coriander
1/4 tea spoon red chilly powder
1 Tbs vegetable oil/olive oil/sunflower oil

  •  Marinate chicken with yogurt for 15 mins
  • Heat oil in a pan and put the ginger garlic paste and the onion
  • Fry till light brown
  • Add the pepper and stir for a couple of minutes
  • Add the chicken with the yogurt
  • Stir it while adding the salt, pepper and chilly powder
  • Then let it cook on low heat for 7 mins till the chicken is boiled
  • Add the fresh coriander for garnishing.
