   Great to see that u have this passion for cooking like me…just a small advice…in palak paneer..wen u r grinding the spinach, try using some methi leaves along with it….or if u dnt get fresh methi leaves just use some dried kasuri methi and then feel the difference in taste…

      Thanks Patranjali, I use kasturi methi for other dishes but never tried it with palak paneer but now that you mention will try it next time! 🙂 Thanks

    Hi Shrimoyee, glad to see that you are doing something constructive & that too Indian cooking.But why don’t you tie your hairs or wear the chef cap while cooking? I hope you will heed my advice as it will give your blog a professional look.
