Pitachio and Basil Burrata


My obsession with Burrata’ 😍 Also I’ve been told that I make them taste even better and trust me it’s not that hard. This is one of my impromptu Burrata recipes. Also if you don’t find Burrata you can also use fresh mozzarella balls 🙂 And whip some fresh cream and use that as a base and then add the mozzarella on top of it. Not the same but will give a similar feeling to your tastebuds 😎🥰🥳

One blob of burrata or as many as you like
Fresh Basil leaves, chopped
Chilli infused olive oil (be generous) or just regular edible olive oil not the cooking ones.
Pistachios (Crushed)
Sea salt crystals
Lemon zest

Just add them one on top of the other on a plate and let the magic happen in your mouth 😍 Also I have plenty more Burrata recipes, would you like me to share more of them? 🤷‍♀️
